Payment is due within 10 days of booking to secure your spot — unpaid bookings may be released after this time. All bookings include a non-refundable 25% deposit.

Cancellations:

• 1–3 weeks before the course: 50% of the course fee

• Within 1 week: 100% of the course fee, unless you can provide a replacement participant

If a course is cancelled due to insufficient numbers or any other reason on my end, you'll receive a full refund or the option to move to another date.

All pieces are made from high-fired stoneware with durable, food-safe glazes and are safe to go through the dishwasher.

Avoid the oven and microwave, as sudden temperature changes can cause cracking.

I ship within Switzerland and worldwide, with orders packaged and sent the following Monday after purchase via Swiss Post. You'll receive a tracking code by email once your order is on its way.

Swiss shipments include the Fragile added service which means Swiss Post accepts liability for any damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please report it to your local Swiss Post branch within 8 days. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties or handling fees may apply on your end.

I hope you'll love your purchase. I share only photos that reflect pieces as accurately as possible, but as everything is handmade, slight variations in form, colour, and size are to be expected. Please check item measurements carefully, as size can be hard to judge from a photo.

If you'd like to return an item, refunds are available within 14 days of receipt. Please get in touch first at hello@annalouiseceramics.com with the reason for your return. Once the item is back with me unused and undamaged, a refund will be processed — I'd recommend sending it well packaged and with a fragile label. Please note that shipping costs in either direction cannot be refunded.
